Background
SpareBank 1 is an alliance of Norwegian savings banks operating under one shared brand. Each bank is independently run and regionally rooted, while offering banking, insurance, loans and savings services to both private individuals and businesses.
Learning and development at SpareBank 1 is organised through a mix of centrally coordinated initiatives and local activities in the individual banks. The focus is on supporting both regulatory requirements and broader business needs.
