Transforming learning with TicTac Learn & Articulate 360

A view over Wien town

Background

Wien Energie, Austria’s largest energy service provider, supplies electricity, gas and heat to over two million people. As the organization continues to evolve, so does the need to continuously upskill employees across a wide range of roles.

To meet this demand, Wien Energie has embraced digital learning. But their internal content creators – while highly knowledgeable – are not full-time eLearning professionals. This created a clear challenge: how do you equip passionate subject-matter experts with the tools and confidence to build impactful learning content?

The challenge

Wien Energie faced a dual challenge:

  1. Improve the quality and accessibility of internal training
  2. Upskill internal authors to effectively use Articulate – without overwhelming them

Wien Energie's content creators needed more than access to authoring tools – they needed practical guidance, hands-on support and advice on smart instructional design to turn their knowledge into engaging digital experiences.
