Off to a flying start
Background
During 2024 and 2025, Region Blekinge, the regional public authority responsible for healthcare services in Blekinge County, Sweden, carried out several improvement initiatives within cancer care, aimed at patients, family members and healthcare professionals. The next step was to ensure that the outcomes of these projects reached the wider organization and that the new ways of working were adopted in practice.
The challenge
To achieve this, Region Blekinge wanted to create a digital learning experience that would bring together the knowledge, processes and resources needed by the target audiences. The training should be easily accessible and available whenever support was required during the workday.
With limited time and budget, Region Blekinge wanted an efficient solution that would allow the project team to produce much of the content themselves while still having access to expert guidance where it would add the most value.
The solution
As a first step, Region Blekinge invested in Articulate 360 to enable internal teams to create, update and continuously improve digital learning content.
That same week, TicTac Learn delivered a kickstart workshop, providing the project team with a fast introduction to the tool and a solid foundation for moving forward.
At the same time, the project team was balancing several other responsibilities and needed support in designing an effective learning experience that would meet both learning objectives and audience needs. The solution was a flexible time bank, giving Region Blekinge access to TicTac Learn’s experts whenever support was needed.
Through the time bank, the project team received support with:

Region Blekinge created an initial draft using AI-supported content creation, which TicTac Learn then reviewed, refined and enhanced. Through close collaboration and ongoing dialogue, the team was able to continuously prioritize where expert support would have the greatest impact.
The results
By combining the customer’s subject matter expertise, AI-assisted content development and TicTac Learn’s pedagogical and technical expertise, the learning solution was rapidly improved and elevated in quality.
The time bank gave Region Blekinge full control over its budget, while providing the flexibility to use expert support exactly where and when it was most needed. At the same time, the project team strengthened its own capabilities in digital learning production and established a stronger foundation for creating and maintaining future learning initiatives independently.
