How do I create knowledge goals?

We use Bloom’s taxonomy – a model that describes levels of learning, from remembering to creating. It helps us write clear and measurable objectives. 

You can also use AI for support – but stay critical; sometimes it produces too many similar goals.

How do we measure learning?

We use Kirkpatrick’s four levels – from participant reaction to actual impact on the organization. 

Reactions can be measured through a survey, while key takeaways can are measured through a knowledge test. 

The challenging part is measuring behaviour change – what people do differently afterwards – and the resulting business impact. To get there, you need clear goals from the start and ways to measure progress that fit your organization and context.

What makes a “good” course?

From the organization’s perspective, it’s a course that creates change – in understanding, attitude or behaviour. 

For the learners, it’s when the learning feels relevant to their daily work and gives them something beyond what they already know.

Equally important is how the learning is experienced. When it feels intuitive,accessible and engaging, it creates a natural flow – and that sense of flow drives motivation and strengthens the learning itself.
