Individual support is pre-purchased as hour packages and deducted in 30-minute increments. All used hours are documented and shared transparently with you.

Support is delivered remotely during business hours.

When entering your payment details, we ask you to select your country as this affects our invoicing.

Individual support hours are available in English, German and Swedish and cover functional and instructional design support for your Vyond and Articulate projects.

Please note that system maintenance and technical operation of the software are handled by the respective manufacturers.
