Nova is powered by credits. AI avatar generation and multi-format translations use credits, which are bought separately.

EU hosting or US hosting?
It’s up to you!
Articulate provides content storage in two data centres – one in the US (Northern Virginia) and one in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). New customers can choose where they want their data hosted.
By choosing the EU data centre, European customers can rest assured that their data is kept securely within the EU. It also maximizes GDPR compliance.
The data centre stores this data:
- Articulate 360 course data.
- Reach 360 data, including learner info, training content and reports.
- Login and profile data for Articulate 360 users and Reach 360 learners.
To collaborate and share data outside your team, all participants need to be registered for the same data centre. When choosing data centre, it’s important to remember that the choice is permanent. Articulate does not support data transfers between the data centres.

Within your team, you can contribute ideas, collaborate on solutions and review the same course while developing it.
To collaborate and share data outside your team, all seats involved in the collaboration need to be registered for the same data centre.
If you wish to add seats to an existing subscription, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, Articulate does not support data transfers from their US to their EU storage or vice versa.
The manual workaround is to renew your subscription (or buy a new subscription) using the preferred data centre and, if needed, recreate content manually.
Nova is built into Articulate 360 and connects to your content sources, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. This lets you update content across a course in seconds.
