Yes. Your course is delivered directly to your Articulate 360 account, where you can easily make updates yourself. The service is designed to be fast and efficient, which is why review rounds are not included. If needed after delivery, we can help with updates or corrections on an hourly basis.
Yes. The standard production does not include a full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance review, but accessibility adjustments can be added after delivery, either by your team or as additional consulting.
Yes. We must produce the course in the same data centre as your Articulate 360 licence.
Yes. AI course production is a service for customers who have an Articulate 360 licence, as the course will be delivered directly to your Articulate 360 account. From there, you can edit and publish the course as needed.

Once you submit the order form, we'll contact you and set up a shared folder for any source materials or brand guidelines you want to use. The course is then generated and validated in Articulate Rise using AI. Within 5 business days, the finished course is delivered directly to your Articulate 360 account for your review and use.
Our L&D experts review the AI-generated course to ensure it works well as an eLearning experience. This includes applying your brand, selecting appropriate interactions and ensuring interactions are logically placed. The validation focuses on the learning experience – not rewriting text, proofreading or verifying factual accuracy.
