The programme is suitable for:

Duration and format

The programme consists of 3.5 hours of instructor-led training. The training is delivered virtually. Training time is always 9:00-12:30.

Assessment methods

Learning is reinforced through live demonstrations and guided hands-on activities. The trainer provides best-practice recommendations and a guided review and optimization of the participant's AI-generated outputs. Prompting exercises and workflow challenges are included.

Requirements

Participants are expected to have an active Articulate 360 AI subscription. A time-limited trial licence is sufficient.

The participant should install Articulate Storyline locally on their computer before the training.

To benefit from the course, the participant should have a good working knowledge of core Articulate 360 features. Participants who are new to Articulate 360 are advised to complete a certified Articulate training course beforehand.

What you will learn

The training is highly practice-oriented, with guided hands-on activities where the participant can apply selected AI features in a sample project.

Participants explore the AI agent and AI-powered features and learn how AI can accelerate and improve different stages of course development – from content creation and refinement to images, audio, animations, quizzes and course optimization. Practical exercises focus on integrating AI into existing workflows, using AI credits efficiently and identifying where AI can save time, improve quality and increase productivity.
