Product information
This two-day instructor-led team training is designed for groups of up to 12 participants. It is offered in English or German. Get in touch with us to discuss other languages.
It is designed for organizations that want to train several subject matter experts to create consistent, well-structured eLearning courses based on a shared instructional design approach.
What you will learn
Participants learn the fundamentals of instructional design, including the analysis of target groups and learning objectives and the structured planning of eLearning content using the ADDIE model.
In parallel, they receive hands-on tool training in Articulate Rise, learning how to implement instructional design concepts, structure content and build responsive eLearning courses in an efficient way.
For more details, see Agenda.
After the course ...
... you'll be able to plan and structure digital learning content using instructional design principles and independently create eLearning courses in Articulate Rise. Teams will share a common methodological understanding and are equipped to develop consistent, scalable learning content across the organization.
Other formats
For organizations looking to train very few individuals, we offer a self-study course with some of the theoretical content of this course, but without hands-on training exercises. For this option, head over here.
The agenda and focus topics can be individually adapted to organizational needs, existing knowledge levels and specific project requirements.
We recommend that participants bring their own projects to the training. If you don’t have one available, no problem – the trainer will provide a sample project for the practical exercises.
